The representative Jamie Wall was very professional and took time to explain what was involved and options available on February 16, 2016. He made arrangement to have the units installed on February 17, 2016. @8:00 a.m. Workers Aron, Drew and Greg showed up at 8:00 am. Ready to work. They completed the installation at approximately 4:00 p.m. They were so knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Cleaned up and explained the mechanics and working of the units. What a wonderful experience for me. They are the best. No stress on my path as the work done was performed by truly professionals.

I phoned Reliance in regards to our furnace was not working properly. I phone about 8:15 a.m. and they sent out a service technician within two hours. The technician Tyler Friesen was prompt, knowledegable and courteous. He recognized the problem. He fixed the furnace by installing an ignition module. He explaned the maintenance protection plan and we decided to enroll. An enjoyable experience though a bit expensive but reasonable. Would recommend this company to my friends.

MY son Ian Philip moved from Montreal to Edmonton via Vega Van lines. On arrival the furniture was held in storage at Canada Wide Moving and Storage for seven months so that Ian could take his time to look around before he purchased a suitable Condo. During the interim he was always in contact with Canada Wide and they with him. He finally purchase a Condo. He communicated with them to set up delivery. They we very professional in this matter. Both Eric and Gabrilla were very cooperative and accessible at all times. Delivery set up and took place on Saturday April 20, 2103. They arrived at the appointed time. They were very efficient and had all the furniture in the chosen place. They were very careful to protect the hardwood flooring covering them with blankets. There was a damaged to a piece of the stereo speakers which Eric took pictures of to e-mail to Vega Van Lines . He contacted me on Monday April 22, 2013 that he has spoken on my behalf to Vega Vine lines to inform them of the damage. He give me the contact phone number for future reference. Eric was very helpful and so professional and went beyond the call of duty to make the move very comforting. Would highly recommend this company to any one and every one for moving and storage. They were very timely, punctual and a comparatively reasonable price for such services.
