Recently had such a positive experience purchasing a dresser from Bijan Ineriors. And, no one asked me to write this. I am a returning customer. Always been treated with the utmost respect. Bijan had what I was looking for when no one else did, and at a more than competitive price, delivered in 2 days by first rate delivery men who worked and worked until they figured out how to get it upstairs in a narrow old Toronto home. Bijan himself and his fabulous salesman, Kia, were nothing but courteous, knowledgeable, [professional and just good to deal with. They were as enthusiastic as we were in sourcing out what we needed. Jesse is a life saver. He came out at night when our old sub Zero refrigerator stopped working. He worked on it into the late night until the refrigerator was repaired. He is courteous, patient, and a real professional. He carries all of the manufacturer parts and you just get the feeling that he is honourable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. When a different part of the refrigerator required repairs he returned and offered a discount. Now it's time to repair and the freezer part and of course Jesse is our man. Even if I have to wait a couple of days until he returns from holiday, I'd rather throw out the food in the freezer just to wait for his return! I would give Romaro a 20 but the star rating only goes up to 10. So, he scores a perfect 10. Courteous, on time, professional, friendly and what a fabulous job. He had to spend triple the allotted time----12 hours instead of 4 because of the intricate tile work and Romaro did it with a smile refusing to take any additional money. The 20 year old kitchen tiles look brand new and even though Romaro just left I couldn't wait to write this which is something a rarely do.I am a lawyer specializing in commercial law and would not hesitate for a second to recommend Tigro to my clients.
