Send and e-mail requesting a quote. Received the quote fairly quick.. The job was scheduled for am, the worker came by in the afternoon but on sch day. Worker was very friendly and polite. He did a good job, just forgot to wash one window. I sent an email to the company and they sent the worker the same week to clean the missed window. Overhaul good job and good customer service I would recommend Parker for window cleaning. PG
