Gigi and his team did a complete overhaul of our main floor including removing a load bearing wall, redoing all the floors and kitchen, along with painting and new doors. They have great attention to detail and noted things we would never have thought of, which is why we chose them. Where they lost the stars were on communication and timeliness as the project definitely took longer than expected. With a 2 week beam delay another job got started which often then took precedence over our job and we had times where we were told someone would show up and they didn’t . Gigi will work with you on any miscommunications and make sure you’re happy as a customer. They made sure to replace a toilet and door jam which were accidentally broken during demo, and they’re coming back in the spring to clean some gashes. Gigi definitely cares about his customers’ satisfaction and ensuring the job is done right. All the workers were very competent and polite. See a couple photos below!

I ordered a sectional from Bad Boy in October 2012. I could not have been more clear as to the model I wanted, as it was the EXACT SAME as the floor model. The sectional and 3 additional throw pillows were to be made and so I was told it would take 4 - 6 weeks. When my order arrived, it was missing a piece. I went back to the store to complain and was told the sales agent had not placed an order for the middle connecting piece and I would have to pay additional funds for that piece (although I was under the impression my order was already paid in full as I had ordered the SAME orientation as the floor model and now I had to pay more) and wait another 4 - 6 weeks to have it delivered. I told them that was unacceptable and so they would put a "rush" on it. After this, I had to wait another 8 weeks for the middle piece of the couch! This was not a "rush" order. Yet, the throw pillows had still not arrived! It is now April 2013 - 6 months after the initial order was placed and I still don't have my pillows and NO ONE at the store or customer service is taking any onus on rectifying this issue for me. I have paid for this order in full and have not received the product nor adequate customer service to rectify this issue! I will never be buying from Bad Boy again and I will ensure to let everyone know not to purchase from them either. This is absolutely unacceptable and the poorest service I have ever received. I furnished an entire house from various furniture retailers and have not had any issues with the others. Thank goodness I only bought a sofa from Bad Boy.
