This company is amazing. From the start to the end, Phil was professional, trustworthy and reliable. We contacted just a few weeks before our move, he came to our apartment to take a full inventory of our belongings and of the apartment (we were in a third floor walk up!), in order to provide the most accurate estimate. He got back to us quickly with an estimate and assured us that the final cost would be within 10% of the estimate. Phil supplied boxes for us, and we had no issues with picking them up from his home. Although, I believe he said he would deliver them if we preferred. On the day of, he and his partner were on time, and even though the cost was already agreed upon (and at an hourly rate), they were quick! They took great care with our items, making sure to pack breakables with expert care. They met us at our new place (in a different city) right on time, and were equally energetic on the other end. We couldn't be happier! You made our move what we never thought it could be- completely painless! Thanks!
