We did the selection of carpet, tile and backsplash for a new home. The sales person, Elaine Isherwood, gave a awesome support helping us out with the different selection. The backsplash behind the kitchen extractor is just beautiful and the 24"x24" and 12"x24" polished tile outstanding.
mmm... I have two comments, customer services and delivery... Customer Services: great services, a lot of options and nice product, not complaint about it now, delivery: awful, I got my home done in December but I got the light feature for the half bathroom and main bathroom 6 months after (June), I am not sure who was the responsible (builder or supplier) for the delay but the first time (around March), the brought the wrong light 2 features with 3 light instead of 3 features with 2 lights each.
I build my footlocker and pantry with Home Solutions. Good quality and good customer services. About the price, it isn't the most affordable but still good product. Also, good installation.
Hi Everyone... I bought an entire Martha Stewart closet from HomeDepot. I found very poor material, breaks and chips easily. After I finished to build my daughter's closet, I wasn't full convinced of the quality and I kept it, BUT when I started to build my son's closet finding more and more issues (bad quality) I decided to put it back in the boxes and returned all of them to homedepot. I have to say "GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES" at HomeDepot, but low quality for Martha Stewart Closets.
I just did my foyer closet and some upgrade to my kids closets... 10/10 costumer services and good quality of product. also reasonable price. I want to upgrade my own closet and for sure I will do it with them.
Good advices and good time of delivery. They chose a horizontal blind in the patio doors (wrong selection), however after possession they came to change giving us the credit for yhe previous blinds.
Excellent customer services. Trying to be on time but as any house construction a delay or miscommunication is kind of regular issue. Good ideas and great layouts. No design center, however visiting every supplier allows to have more options.
