I was cleaning out my gutters this past weekend and recalled that DC Roofing expertly repaired a leaky corner last spring. They removed all the old caulking and attached a new corner piece. After 6+ months, the gutter corner still looks great. Thanks DC.
I've been to this location a few times in the last couple of years. Each time was to buy shrink wrap since I don't know where else I can get them. I have relatives that move a lot and I end up helping them pack. Prices seem reasonable and the staff are always friendly and courteous.
Exterior insulation and basement sprayfoam
We had minimal insulation in our exterior walls and basement. Knights was very thorough in explain what our options are and how to apply for government rebates (federal and provincial). Rebates pretty well paid for most of the job. Cold spots in our 100+ year old home now gone by filling the walls with some cellulose fibers and sprayfoaming our basement walls. We're looking forward to lower heating bills!
We used Expert Electric to update the wiring in our house a year ago. We were impressed with their professional attitude and courteous service. We had them come back this past January to add some lights on our decks. Though it took a little longer than planned due to surprises when working with a 100+ year old house, Brad finished the job and the lights look great.
