I had to comply with ESA requirements for my second unit. Dan from Lorion Electric provided me a detailed estimate for every deficiency mentioned in the ESA requirement. It was one of the most transparent and detailed quote I have ever received for a job. Dan performed the job on time, meticulously and within budget. He also proactively informed another major deficiency which was missed by the ESA inspectors, thereby saving a huge amount of time and effort.
