despite a hard winter i was extremely pleased with the snow removal service we hired this year. Greenblooms staff worked very hard to promptly get ride of the snow in a timely fashion. I was very happy with their efforts and will be sure to use them again! i would highly recommend hiring them..janet

I needed asbestos removed and called David through a referral. David, Dylan, Thomas, Hayden and Stephan arrived to do the job. They were professional, hard working and very pleasant. They sealed the room so particles wouldn't travel. I had great confidence in their ability - and my house was cleaner when they left then when they arrived! I would definitely recommend and refer them. I am sure all the asbestos was removed and that the house is now asbestos free. Over lunch I learnt that David was training each of his team to become leaders and run their own teams in future. I am sure they will carry on David's level of pride and excellence. This is the 2nd property they worked for me on. I would mark them at a 10 out of 5 !!!

I was VERY disappointed with monster plowing. In the last big snow, which started on a Thursday afternoon, they didn't come by to remove snow until Saturday at 3 am. With the quantity of snow falling i would of expected them to clear once mid day Friday and then again when snow stopped - but they only seemed to want to service the house once....the snow was so deep my husband's car got stuck mid driveway. We had to go and move the car when the truck came in the middle of the night... with their gps system, where i can track where the trucks were, i saw them all stationary the afternoon of Toronto's worst snow fall.... More annoying was i called Mikhail twice and talked to his in the office girl and wrote him requesting he call and he ignored all requests - i wanted an explanation as to why they didn't do a double run.... for the price we pay and the few number of snow falls we have i wold expect better service... additionally they don't do a very good job in terms of how wide they plow the drive and how they stack the snow...

Hello Janet,

I would like to start by personally apologizing for any inconvenience we have caused. I know that snow can be very disruptive, but we did do our best to get there as fast as possible.

I would like to clarify that the snowfall (which, while there were some flurries on Thursday evening, actually only started on Friday morning at about 7 AM) lasted throughout the day on Friday, and only finished at about 11 PM. The timing of this snowfall made it very difficult for us to move around the city, as it fell during the day and traffic was horrible! Also, our residential contracts guarantee snowfall clearing within 12 hours of the snowfall ending.

Your property was, as you say, cleared at 3 AM on Saturday morning, which is actually within four hours after the snowfall ended. I would say that this is outstanding timing and delivery of service, considering there was over a foot of snow.

It is unfortunate that your husband got stuck in the snow, our dispatch was aware of your situation and fast tracked a truck over to you as soon as we could. As for clearing the lanes wider and stacking snow, this is the absolute first notice you have given of any issues. Had you informed us of any concerns prior to posting this review, they would have been immediately addressed.

We openly solicit all of our customers for reviews, and very much appreciate any input, however you must understand that the "0" rating you left us is completely unjustified. You failed to mention that we've been out 15 times previously this season, and that your opinion of each of those service runs was just fine. This time, the snowfall was huge, our service remained exactly the same, but your expectations seem to have outgrown the actual service that you paid for.

As the owner of Monster Plowing Company, my personal goal is to make sure that all of our customers are happy customers. I hope that we can resolve these issues moving forward.
