This review is a bit overdue, but better late than never. And I really can't help but return a bit of the good will to the Reliance service and sales team for their commitment to service their installations. Reliance installed 2 furnaces, 2 air condition units and duct work in my totally renovated pharmacy/medical clinic building in 2013. Feddie from sales was brilliant he made the process smooth and seamless from knowledge of the products to installation timelines. The mechanical technicians were professional and precise. Most recently (New Years day!), Feddie responded to a no heat request. He immediately arrived with portable heaters and a replacement filter. He deftly diagnosed the cause as a closed gas valve, through the guidance of technical support. I was was simply amazed at the commitment to service. Thank you Feddie and Reliance.
