Josh responded to my message very quickly, asked me to text him a photo of the problem, gave a me a quote, and set a time frame for when he would arrive. When arrived (exactly on time!) he took time to explain exactly what was going on and what he would be doing. He even troubleshooted some potential future problems and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Hes very professional and does great work. I called Aviv plumbing the day my kitchen counter was installed hoping I could get them to come in a weeks time, but I got them in 48 hours! Raphie was on time, VERY clean and VERY funny. When the faucet I purchased did not have the correct connectors, he continued with the job and hooked up the dishwasher and reworked the plumbing under the sink in record time. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could call him later in the day when I put in the replacement faucet myself. The quote was reasonable and done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company to any friends who want fast good service. Great company.
