Joshua was very fast to respond and quick to deal with the issue. He not only fixed the problem with my shower but further improved the showers flow and function. Very knowledgeable and very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Josh responded to my message very quickly, asked me to text him a photo of the problem, gave a me a quote, and set a time frame for when he would arrive. When arrived (exactly on time!) he took time to explain exactly what was going on and what he would be doing. He even troubleshooted some potential future problems and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Hes very professional and does great work. Josh was the first to respond to my online request for an install of a new Reverse Osmosis system. He completed the job quickly and made sure that everything worked before leaving. Fast, friendly and a fair price to boot...Will use him again if and when a competent and honest plumber is needed. Highly recommend!

Joshua was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and fair. He has extensive experience in new builds and repairs and appreciates what a small discrepancy can mean in long term damages and loss. Having called a different plumber before, I understood that he would have to charge a minimum fee as all certified trades do for service call - despite how small my repair was, I needed confidence that the previous home owner DIYers had completely it properly.

With the main issue resolved in 15mins, Joshua took a quick look around the entire bathroom and was able to make adjustments and corrections to every faucet or drain to be more secure and prevent leaks. Because he is so experienced and quick with it all, he actually corrected 4 things all within one hour and wouldnt charge extra. There was a sense of him wanting to know my new home was safe, and I am deeply grateful to have had JMO take it on.
