Will in Grand FOrks

After inquiring for help on several times on selecting the correct deck stain, I ultimately had to figure it out myself. I was severely disappointed in the staff. I was there over my lunch hour (and apparently they were out to lunch as well...I received "I'm on break right now" from 2 employees"). I have since gone across the street to Menard's for my hardware/paint shopping. The Grand Forks Lowe's location was recently opened (2 years) and I feel that they have some staffing problems that need to be addressed.

I have used Bergstrom for several projects, including finishing my basement and replacing all of the light fixtures on my 2nd floor. As a rule, they are clean, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, depending specific electrician that shows up, the speed may be in question. A couple of minor (in my opinion) repairs took much longer than I anticipated. This should not tarnish the reputation of the entire company though. I feel this is only a reflection of the individual. Overall, I will definitely use them again in the future.

Regan Thompson made ordering and installing the flooring and cabinets a great experience. A locally owned small business, he has the industry contacts to custom order in exactly the flooring we were looking for (even though he didn't have it on the display floor). I would definitely use Welcome Home again (and don't waste my time going to Menards or Lowe's, the other two choices in Grand Forks).
