We have been working with National on and off for about 3 years. Their customer service in person and over the phone is fantastic. They have quality employees. Their technicians have been professional, prompt and knowledgable. They complete work in a timely manner. They are the only people that I would call to service our furnace.

We used My Lawn Your Lawn for weekly mowing service a year ago. They did a fantasic job. However, the following season, they didn't do so well. They hired more employees and the owner never came to check on their work. They no longer edged anything and they were missing spots that needed to be mowed. We talked with the owner and he said that he would start working on the lawn himself, which is great service. However, it didn't continue, so we switched services.

Mr. Rooter did show up with little notice and the technicians did a very good job unclogging our drain. However, when it was time to pay them they wanted over double what they charged a few months back when the same thing happened. My husband paid them not realizing this. I contacted them within a couple of days and asked why the charge was over twice as much. They said they would get back to me. It took several calls and several weeks before I received an answer. They said their was a typo on the prices in their new books. They didn't know what the cost was suppose to be, but would send me a refund. After waiting another two months and no refund, I called again. They informed me they overcharged us almost $100 and would send a check the following day. They did, but it makes me wonder how many others could have been overcharged? I can't be the only one?

We contacted Rapid Rooter after the main drain to our house was plugged. They sent out a technician that morning, which was great. However, I have never been treated so rudely by any service professional. His attitude was terrible. The entire time he was at our home all he did was complain about every other company in Reno and tell us house stupid we were for using some of them. After several hours at our house, he was unable to unclog the drain. He said that he could return later with another technician, but if not, there would be no charge. We ended up contacting a second company that came out almost immediately and unplugged the drain with no issue. Two weeks later we received a $200 bill from Rapid Rooter.

Crane Plumbing was actually the third company that helped with our bathroom renovation. We called them after we had a nightmare with several other firms. When Crane came to the house we had no hot water in our newly remodeled bathroom. After spending almost two days at the house and tracing all of our pipes - Crane discovered the other plumbing company crossed the hot and cold lines. They were able to narrow this down to a 24" X 24" section of the wall. They tore into the wall and fixed the problem. This was done from the backside of an ajoining room so we didn't have to rip out any newly laid travertine.
