We have been using Sparkle Team for the last 6 years. We've tailored our cleaning service to our specific needs. We not only come home to a clean house but a checklist is always attached to show that they did not miss any of the predetermined items we want cleaned. The Sparkle Team cleaning staff are great at their job, efficient, and most importantly, trustworthy. Three of our friends utilize Sparkle Team's service from our recommendations. After 6 years of great service, Sparkle Team has recently been purchased by new ownership. To ensure a seamless transition, the previous and new owner spent nearly an hour getting to know us and answering any questions we had. After peppering the new owner with a number of questions, he left us with the confidence that the high quality cleaning service we've come to use to, will not be compromised. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with Sparkle Team. My wife and I are confident that the new ownership of Sparkle Team will continue to meet our expectations.

The ants made their way into the basement and main floor of our house. The ants began to occupy our 4.5 year daughter's play area. I called Pest Detectives. They made themselves available to attend to our home within 2 hours of my call. John the technician was professional and took the time to hear where the problem areas from the year before. They treated the basement baseboards, the exterior perimeter of our residence and property line and other troubled areas. I'd use this company again and would highly recommend Pest Detectives to others.

Approx a year ago, our stand up shower broke and water continued to leak from the shower head. We learned that the shower system (valve and gasket) was discontinued. JJ Plumbing kept us informed of their progress in locating an after market valve and gasket and gave us reasonable options for replacing the system. At the end, my wife and I decided to replace our entire system. To complicate issues, at the time we were new parents to a 3 month old daughter. JJ Plumbing was great. Justin provided great customer service while the young kid (a licensed certified plumber....I think his name was John) replaced our entire valve and gasket system to our shower. His workmanship was evident. His precision from cutting out the dry wall, to refitting and re-welding the pipes, to carefully tapping out the tiles to fit a new shower leaver, and to retesting the showers with my presence made all the difference in our confidence with this company. They were sensitive to us being new parents. Our house is a brand new built home and this particular plumber was meticulous with his work and he took great consideration in cleaning up any mess - leaving the work area virtually mess free. We would've wrote positive comments here a year ago but being new parents never gave us a chance to do it. We recently received a Xmas card from JJ Plumbing. My wife and I were really impressed in the time and effort and customer service they provided to us. My wife and I are professionals and our jobs demand high expectations. Naturally, when it comes to our personal life, we hold the same expectations with those we hire to fix our problem. Based on the workmanship we received, I would recommend JJ Plumbing to my friends and anyone looking for good quality plumbing work. Gary
