Avista made my damaged floors new again, Thank you: My husband and i bought a house not knowing that under the carpet was highly stained and damaged floors. We called Avista thinking we would have to replace all the floors in the house, but when they came down for the estimate they told us they can bring the floors back to life and save us thousands of dollars. Avista is very honest and trustworthy and could of made alot more money from us if they did all new floors.Fast And Friendly Service!!!: When I was thinking about having Hardwood Flooring installed in my Dining Room, I was a little hesitant because I didnt know what to expect. I was imagining a long process with a hefty price attachted to it. But after speaking with Avista, I was extremely pleased with what they were proposing. I had Avista install my new oak dining room floor with a wood border . The work came out incredible and they completed a day earlier than they originally were aiming for. I just moved into my new space. Sonitec had installed the existing fire and burglar alarm systems.I received a immediate return call at 11PM and a technical person was sent out. Andy spent 45 minutes teaching me about the systems. I now have a comfort level and know my equipment is monitored and armed properly

Replaced all the windows in my house.: After meeting Teddy at a Home Improvement show, I asked him to replace some of my 50 year old windows. Additionally, I had him and his crew extend some of the LR/DR casements. The Timelines were always accurate, no BS about other jobs. I always was treated as teh only customer. The outside work was always detailed and the landscaping was never trampled. Next we remodeled the basement, and all those windows were replaced and resealed. I have just contacted him to renovate my BR windows replacing three smalll windows with an oversized triple casement. The job will entail a lot of labor, attention to detail, and removal of brickface. I am confident, he will exceed my expectations. He has been around alot of years, and many residents in my neighborhood have also contracted him. I haven't heard a negative review yet!

The salesperson was excellent. He helped me choose a TV that was the right size for me, made sure that the tv had modern specifications, and the installers completely installed the TV and even attached my home theater system to it. I was amazed that they did so much for what i paid. I also believe that i got a very good deal.
