This best buy isn't the best out there. Their staff didn't know what they were talking about. I am a computer tech and know quite a bit about computers. The staff couldn't answer my most basic questions. i did but their support plan in order to test it out for my clients. I would not recommend it to them. They took 4 days to do a simple virus scan. It was pathetic.
