Cox Communications

I really dislike this service, but I don't have an option as satellite isn't available due to the HOA in my area. We did self-installation and it didn't work. They sent a tech out, who stood in my living room on his walkie and called in that it was a fault in the line and not on my end. I HEARD the billing people say "We are going to charge them anyways, put them down for $60 charge!" I had to call in and have the tech talk to someone else to get it removed. Its like this every time I have to call them.

We ordered digital cable, internet and DVR service from Cox Communications. The self-installation package was easy enough to follow, however we have experienced several hardware failures involving our DVR cable receiver. We are on our second box, but the Cox technicians on the phone were very helpful. We did experience some billing issues, however, which we spent over an hour on the phone getting resolved.
