We just worked with Cozy World Inc. for the second time to install our Tankless Water Heater and I can't recommend these guys enough. Our installation team led by Saeed was absolutely fantastic - in fact, he remembered he had been to our home 3 years earlier to install our new furnace! Not only was he incredibly detailed, helpful and kind to work with, but he gave us tips for how to extend the lifetime of our AC unit as well. Jason was fantastic! He provided me with a prompt quote and we were able to schedule his services very quickly (in fact, my schedule held us back!). And his paint job was spectacular. He consulted on colour, providing a few options and a recommendation based on what I was looking for, and the finished product was perfect. We needed new locks on our door and for someone to investigate a sticky handle on our front door. Refael was able to give us a new door handle on the spot! He was quick, efficient and friendly. Awesome all around.
