Clogged kitchen drain - within house about 25 feet from sink Quoted was identical to several other drain services. Arrived within hour. Technician was professional and clog cleared with powered snake in about 45 minutes.
Dishwasher failing to drain. Technician checked and cleared any blockage of drain hose, and also passage from dishwasher to pump itself. Dishwasher continued to fail to drain properly. Technician ordered replacement pump WITHOUT removing and inspecting existing pump. Pump eventually installed. I inspected old pump. It was blocked. No attempt was ever made to clear blockage and test old pump. I believed I may have unnecessarily been sold a new drain pump and filed a service complaint. Elite replaced the old pump, demonstrated that it indeed was burned out, and put the new one back. The technician and the service manager handled the situation (both the dishwasher and the unhappy customer) very professionally. I would definitely recommend Elite in the future for any appliance repair.
