Our AC was broken and with the government rebates decided to replace with a heat pump as well as our furnace, which was nearing it's end of life. Asif was knowledgeable during his assessments, easy to reach throughout the process, and not pushy with the services. Our installation occurred around 2 weeks ago, and the team was very professional as well. They laid down tarp to move through the house, were personable, and explained their work clearly. The installation itself took 2 days. And so far, the system has been great. Would definitely recommend.

Aztech Doors & Windows helped replace all the upper windows brick-to-brick at our property. Dmitry was a great help along the way, very responsive and honest. We began shopping for windows in late 2021. We got quotes from ~3 companies, and chose to go with Aztech because Dmitry was relatable, knowledgeable about the products / Greener Homes Grant eligibility, and also honest about what would suit our house/climate (rather than recommending the most expensive product). Although there were delays in getting our windows installed due to backlogs related to COVID, Dmitry was always very quick to respond and provided updates as best he could. Installation took place over 2 days in the winter 2022. Dmitry's team came on time, were quick and efficient, and also cleaned up afterwards. The windows look great, and we are very happy with them. Dmitry himself also came to check on their work, and continued to respond promptly to any questions we had after the installation was done and the rest of the deposit paid. Overall, very satisfied with the entire process, and would definitely recommend going with Aztech for your windows.
