We ended up paying for all but the work that was done without our approval. They did some poor quality laminate work in the kitchen and spare bedroom with big gaps at the walls which were beyond even the base board covering and at the cabinets. The service by a couple of the sales women when an error was made was very poor and rude. The quality of the laminate is poor, even if I spill a little water on the floor if I don't get to it within a few minutes it soaks it up and bubbles. Not happy at all with the laminate and some of the service.

Great experience, quick and clean install. When there was a problem they came back very quickly diagnosed and repaired in short order. Very happy with the service. Great warranty policy with the heat pump and so far the product has saved a large amount on the heating and cooling of my home. I
