Seriously. Amazing.... And I'm really picky. It was slow to start and slower than I expected but that's because they were paying close attention to every little detail and actually building the best deck ever.

They came to the door and with a good sales pitch I wanted to give them a chance. I asked specifically if cleaning the outside of the windows meant that the surround & sills would be included and he assured me it did. Unfortunately only a few of them were done (my husband was home and said one guy did one set and was very thorough, but it seems the other guy was not guy was not!) I emailed to let them know and was reassured that they'd fix it tomorrow.... I then got a phone call from a 'manager' explaining why they shouldn't have to do it... I've emailed again,.. And nothing.... Of course my husband had paid them, but I'm disappointed that they don't care if the customer is happy it seems!?
