Had Bayview Appliance Centre come in as a Authorized Dealer for Thermador......I accepted the cost for them to come in and diagnose which was $145.00. The tech. came to the house with a couple of waivers....the first he said was a Covid waiver, however on close inspection of the waiver it states this "Do you agree that the company, and it's officers and the service call provider and technician are not liable for any damages or personal injury whatsoever.. These are NOT Covid questions and I didn't answer. Why would they put that in their looking to not be accountable??? The tech proceeded to work on the stove but I gotta tell ya, even though they were a auth. dealer the service tech. did not seem to know his way around the stove. The tech advised me what the problem is with the stove was..... Bayview called me the next day for the part cost and the install costs.....this is where things went sideways. They are charging me $50.00 more for the part than any other place that I called.....they are charging $145.00 to install the part that takes 45 min. to install. More than $145/ hour rate. Absurd!!! They also asked me to pay for the part in advance.....ummm why?? I'll pay for the part when it's installed. I don't get paid in advance for the work I do, why should they. This industry is very flawed and companies like this need to be held to account.

Greg and Mathew have installed my eaves troughs and soffits. I called them back to reinforce my soffits so that the raccoons don't get back into my attic as well as install some flashing. To-date they have been outstanding and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I bought the JETT Powerflo Air Hockey game on sale at F.G. Bradley's back in Dec. 2020. Couldn't set it up till the basement reno's were complete. Setup this past weekend only to find that the playing surface had some black stuff that wouldn't wipe of with just a damp cloth. We played on it anyway since we had waited so long......Played approx. 3 hours and the play was fast paced. The issue I was noticing is that the side and end rails plastic wrap were being nicked up by the puck. So clearly the plastic wrap around the rails is SUB STANDARD and should not be used for this type of application. I reached out to them and F.G. Bradley gave me an unacceptable answer, blaming us for the damage to the rails saying it's the paddles/ pushers that are causing the damage. NOT SO!!! Build a better product and you won't see these kinds of complaints!!!! May 05th, 2021...As we continue to play on the Air Hockey Game the sides and ends continue to get more nicks from the puck. The puck will sometimes leave the playing surface and hit the side or ends, I would have paid more money for a better product. When I looked at the picture on their website I thought it was carbon fiber which would have withstood more of the natural hits by the puck. Since it's made of thin plastic it won't protect from the puck. A word of caution for anyone buying an Air Hockey table. Make sure they do not have plastic wrap around this sides and edges. Unless your buying for really young kids. Mine are teenagers and I play as well.
