My husband & I had the windows in our master bedroom replaced with new energy efficient ones. The old windows were drafty, single paned, and we knew all of our windows would eventually need to be done. We tested out Window World in our master bedroom and their team replaced them in about an hour. They also cleaned up inside & out, and even put my drapes back up. They have wonderful custer service reps & knowledgeable salespeople who are always happy to answer questions, and they followed up that day as to how my service was. I highly recommend them.

We originally called Ikard to have our septic tank cleaned - turned out that before they could even do it, we found the lid was cracked and crumbling. They not only MADE a new lid within a few hours, but they installed it, cleaned out the system, and kept someone on site to make sure there was no accidents with an open septic system. they exceeded our expectations and were really wonderful to work with! Thanks again guys. :)

Bowers is the only plumbing service we will use here! They have a 24 hr on call service for emergencies at reasonable prices. The drivers are always reliable, honest, and explain what needs to be done BEFORE the work begins - No hidden surprises like some other companies! They have a set per-hour fee or per job fee, and everybody we have dealt with knows that they are members of the community in which they serve, and strive for quality business.

We were recommended to them by the BBB of Madison & we could not be happier. The electricians were prompt, uniformed, and quick - no dragging out a job to get a larger fee. I highly recommend them!

When we moved here from the northeast, we decided to go with North American Van Lines because they said they moved high end computer & stereo equipment all of th time. They neglected to tell us that while they moved it, items didn't exactly arrive in working condition. First, we paid for packers in CT which amounted to the driver and a half drunk helper. Calls to the office went unanswered. We wound up packing most of our belongings anyway. Secondly, computer equipment was haphazardly thrown in boxes without packing materials, and as a result, was damaged beyond repair. Thirdly, when we arrived in AL, the local team was actually complaining to us that they had too many heavy items to move in the heat, and asked if they could just leave it all on the main floor. By the way . . . NO. Lastly, even though we purchased the additional insurance, they refused to make good on about half of the claim becuase, as I was told by an office manager, "computers, speakers & stereo equipment can never be moved without some damage". I beg to differ. Do yourself a favor - DO NOT use North American Van Lines!
