Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Madison

My husband & I had the windows in our master bedroom replaced with new energy efficient ones. The old windows were drafty, single paned, and we knew all of our windows would eventually need to be done. We tested out Window World in our master bedroom and their team replaced them in about an hour. They also cleaned up inside & out, and even put my drapes back up. They have wonderful custer service reps & knowledgeable salespeople who are always happy to answer questions, and they followed up that day as to how my service was. I highly recommend them.

What could this company do to improve their services?: The option of a discount after purchasing so many many from them, not necessarily all at once, but over the course of a year or two.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: get all estimates in writing, make SURE a contractor is insured and CURRENTLY licensed.
