A few months ago Red Robin repaired some spalling bricks on the front corner of my attached garage. It was a smallish job, and at that time, other companies wouldn't even bother answering me because they were busy. Red Robin also was busy, but they came and gave me a quote and at that time they weren't sure when they could work me in, that it might take a few weeks. John noticed my own repair and rebuild of the stone in my front steps was being held up because I couldn't finish until the brick wall was repaired, and without me even having to ask, he gave instructions to try to fit my 1 day job in asap. Dave managed to work me in within a week or so, when they ended up with an open day for a couple of guys in between jobs. They did a great job. Very satisfied and would recommend.

I have an approx 20yr old stove and a replacement electronics control board costs 1000 for some reason. Oscar fixed it for 250 and its working perfectly. When I dropped it off he said the cost was 250, if i put in back in and it didn't work, he would come to me house (!) and try and get it working, and if that still didn't work, he would refund half my money. I was stunned. Gave me a 1 yr warranty on his repair. This guy is awesome.

I just had a dryer repaired by Avi, who is great. He takes the time to explain the problem and its cause, and tell you your options and he gets the work done quickly. He's also very personable. He repaired a gas stove for me before, and both times I've been really impressed. I will totally recommend this company, and will use them in the future. Also, just in terms of getting a service call, they are very responsive and quick to get on site.
