Unreliable--they texted the night before they were to clean (only the second time they were coming to our house) to say that only one person would be coming, yet the rate would remain the same. The first cleaning was satisfactory, but if they can't even come the second time as per their commitment (two people for 3 hours), I would never recommend them. In fact, I found them additional work, to clean a friend's house after mine, and they can't honour that commitment either. Profoundly disappointing.

For some reason our PS4 system continually blew the circuit in our basement whenever the power "on" was pressed. We could not figure it out. We switched the system to different outlets and were utterly confused and frustrated by the results every time. Carter Electrical came in and trouble shot the problem until they figured out a solution. My only wish is that we were having more electrical issues right now that Carter Electrical could fix on the spot! We would recommend their services 100%.
