Brandon and coworker did a nice job bagging and removing a good amount of mouse-infested ceiling insulation/vapour barrier in our unfinished basement. This was a messy job, and when they were finished cleaning and disinfecting the area looked really good. Then, a few days later our HVAC guy cut and capped an unused heating duct that had been hidden by the insulation, and left a new mess of mouse droppings. Brandon came back to do a secondary cleaning of the basement area, and we appreciated that. We’d recommend Critter Control to our friends for messy wildlife cleanup situations.

Valentin did an excellent job replacing our kitchen faucet and laundry sink faucet, along with showing us how to maintain the basement backwater valve installed by another plumber a couple of years ago. He offered a clear set of options and cost estimates. The new kitchen faucet looks beautiful, and you'd never know that he'd removed a bedraggled 25-year old faucet before the new installation. As a bonus, he uses modern tech and communicates quickly and clearly via text. We've recommended him to friends and neighbours and will continue to do so.

Rick did a super job installing a wall-mounted 16' oak interior handrail in our home last week. He and Anne filed and sanded the wood nicely, so the railing is ready for us to stain and finish. We are pleased with all aspects of the job performance and interactions with the HW Team, and plan to call them soon for more projects at the house. Glad to have found them through Homestars.
