You can't beat Costco's customer service. They stand behind every product they sell, and if there's ever an issue, they'll return or replace the product. I've also purchased a bluestar stove from them, and have been very happy with it.
Great service and follow-up for furnace
We had a good experience purchasing a new furnace and air conditioning unit from Reliance. We had a concern with the humidifier, and after addressing it up the line with Reliance, we were able to have the problem remedied and immediate attention.

Velux makes beautiful and very sturdy skylights. We ended up purchasing two skylights for our kitchen that fit right in between the truss of our roof - one stationary, one that opens electronically (getting the best of both worlds, and making it more economical).
