Company was very speedy in getting initial service call set up. Very accomodating for the date and time of service. Service tech that came was nice but didn’t seem overly confident with what he was doing. Once the quote for the repair was receieved. I asked to take a couple of days to weigh my options. This is where the problems happened. I have tried 4 times to schedule a repair but every time I call the company, i wither hit voicemail and do not receive a call back, or when i do speak to someone i am told they need to look into some details and will call me back but never do. Very frustrating as I have already paid them for 1 service call and now I will have to duplicate this expense with another company.

I needed the front of my 2 storey house painted as well as my 2nd floor hallway. Sokol was VERY quick to respond, and very accommodating in coming by for an estimate. He was very polite and responsive to our questions and requests. The quote was asked for on Sunday night, Sokol was out to quote on Tuesday and the work started on Thursday AM. I was VERY happy with the level of communication and the ease of doing business with him. the result was professional and exactly what we envisioned when we set out to complete the project.

I was very satisfied with EA Roofing and Renovations. both Mark and Nino were a pleasure to work with. they provided a fair quote that was well detailed and realistic. They provided flexibility to allow me, as an owner, to work on some of the trades to save some money. Their standard of quality workmanship was fantastic, I never had to fear about poor quality of work they produced an excellent product within budget and on time. I would highly recommend them to friends and family and if I have more projects in the future I will be calling on them again. Thank you for the awesome basement guys!
