I have recently replaced my front door using services on AIMG Inc. and I am more than pleased not only with the result, but also with the level of AIMG’s (Yuri and Nik) professionalism and service they have provided. During the step one – choosing the door and the glass insert, Yuri provided me with variety of options for the door, the insert, the lock and even for the doorbell button. Yuri also explained the differences for various door/insert types as well as the price differences. That allowed me to make the right choice for the door/insert. When the door was ready, Yuri called me to set up the time for installation and we have agreed on the coming Saturday at 9:00am. Nik showed up at 9:00am sharp (despite the bad weather and road conditions), which I also appreciated. All throughout the installation process, I was very pleased with the fact that Nik kept me updated on what he was doing and consulted on some points where he thought might have a concern. That day was a very cold day, but Nik made all the efforts to make sure that we would be subject to the cold for the shortest amount of time. My entire family was grateful for that. I also have noticed how diligently and professionally Nik was doing the installation, which he overall completed very efficiently and to my fullest satisfaction, cleaning everything after himself, so that the only notice of his presence that day was the shiny new door. Overall AIMG delivered yet again a very pleasant and painless experience in respect of another renovation project. I definitely would (and already did) recommend AIMG’s services to all of my friends.

I would like to share my recent Elite Appliances 5+++star experience:Both, the technician - Carl and customer service representative (I believe her name is Akshika-apologies for possibly wrong spelling) have scored 10 out of 10 in all respects or in other terms 100% satisfaction rate. Both were courteous and polite, knowledgeable and addressed all issues and concerns. Carl was right on time and performed a very fast, efficient and good service to my compete satisfaction on both visits. Overall the most pleasant customer service experience I have ever had. I will recommend Elite Appliances to all my friends.

We used AIMG Inc. services twice for siding work. Both times the work was done in a fast, professional and efficient manner, and to our complete satisfaction. It is worth to mention that the quotes were highly competitive. We will definitely use AIMG again and certainly would recommend them to all our friends.
