What a terrible company! Do not use them. Service last year was sporadic and lots of weeds. Sometimes service was done right before or after a rain. Sometimes no one showed up for weeks. You have to do ALL of the calling. Then the nightmare starts. This year they called to get me to continue service and I said NO at least twice but lo and behold someone says they showed up and I am getting a bill for 2 services I neither asked for nor wanted. And try talking to them. The SNOTTY girl keeps asking WHEN I spoke to them. Do YOU remember the date of every phone call you ever had? Not me. So they say, service is continued automatically-so pay. DON'T THINK SO. STAY AWAY FROM DR. GREEN!!!

I apologize for your dissatisfaction. Our visits are usually spaced out every 4-5 weeks and are always based on weather permitting. Yes, we are a continual service and we do inform our customers of this upon the initial sale and it is also listed on all of your invoices.
