These guys were great. Found them on HomeStars so gave them a call. The price was literally half of what Atlas was asking! Very nice guys, clean and respectable. Most importantly they got the job done when they said they would do it without the hassle. Once the unit was installed my house wasn't getting cold enough so I called them and they came right over. Made some adjustments which helped but wasn't enough so they reinstalled a new, larger unit at no additional charge. I was shocked and obviously elated because it's at this point companies tend to gouge but these guys understand the value of providing good customer experience. I've already recommended them to a couple of people and will keep recommending them to whomever needs. By far the best contractors I've ever dealt with.

We had a major water backup from our sump pump that malfunctioned in one of the heavy rains this summer. Our flooring and walls got very damaged. Plumbers Direct came out and was able to explain how this happened and why. They provided us with a very reasonable quote to install a new sump pump and a battery backup system so that this never happens again. Our out of pocket expense was really offset when they showed us that the City paid a rebate of $1750 towards the job. We had two other quotes where the rebate program was not mentioned to us by the plumbing company. We are happy with the work and the efficiency of the team that Peter sent out. We will definitely use your services again.

I have used the services of Plumber's Direct on several occasions and have always been completely satisfied. I own a small apartment building and on one occasion the hot water tank leaked and flooded the basement. I immediately called Plumber's Direct and explained the situation. They came over right away and assessed the problem. Within a couple of hours the tank was replaced and the area completed cleaned up. Very professional people to deal with. When they arrived, I could tell they understood what good customer service is. They told me straight what the problem was and gave me a few options and then did the work as I requested. Peter and his staff were very polite, friendly and the uniform's are a nice touch (many contractors look like they just crawled out of bed).
