When we renovated our bathroom, we bought all of our plumbing fixtures from Gingers, as they were the best. This was over 14 years ago now. Recently we have needed a few repairs, we took the porcelin handle that needed replacing, and they replaced it for free. They were also very helpful in determining what was needed to repair another fixture, and get us the parts we needed.

We had searched high and low for a simple blind to suit our modern house. When we finally found them at blinds to go, we were pleased with the blind, but disappointed in the plastic chains that raised and lowered them. They were happy to source a place for the chromed silver chains that we wanted, and replaced them free of charge. They were great!!!
