When we went to puchase a bed and sofe, getting help around the floor and at the pick up area was a daunting task. The store was very crowded and with that kind of volume, ikea should be able to deploy sufficent staff on the floor. In addition finding parking was a realy hassle. When it come to delivering the stuff, they didn't show much flexibilty.
