We had a raccoon in our shed and she appeared pregnant. Gates came out the same day I called and so we avoided having to remove babies. The technician was friendly and removed the raccoon quickly and humanely.

Hello, Our painter, Marlon was amazing! You cannot even see where the new paint begins ( I only had part of the ceiling painted) He was tidy and efficient and pleasant. I am very impressed with this companys work. They also had the most competitive price. Ill definitely be using their services again.

Rowan and his team did an absolutely amazing job with our Reno!! Ours was a big and fairly complicated third floor addition (and part of the second floor) P2 started in October, 2017 and completed the job by May, 2018. There was always someone at the house working (unlike when I see other houses when days go by without work being done) Rowan was readily available to me by text and was in daily communication with me, keeping me updated. All of his trades people were great too and we get compliments about the quality of the workmanship in our home. Rowan always made great suggestions but also respected my opinions and requests. He was so easy to work with!!! I highly recommend P2 for any home Reno's you might have. I cannot say enough about them.

Assisted Review

We hired Land Effects to complete our backyard renovation. We were very happy with the work that was done and the final results. The project included a back porch, patio, and stone work. The job was completed on time and to our specifications. We found the crew to be courteous and they completed the work efficiently.

Dear Christine, The project was a challenge for sure with limited access and site trees making the work tricky to say the least. Also co-ordinating the movement of site objects like the large shed and trampoline added to the logistics of the project and yet it all flowed well and turned into a very comfortable and interesting new space.
