My stairlift broke down on Christmas day, it is blocking my only way to access the rear part of the home. I have abt 2 ft to squeeze by to access the stairs and rear part of the house. NO service available or tech call to help. This morning I called again and was told not to expect any service until the new year and the lady was unable to schedule a call and I was told not to expect one either. This is unacceptable, these lifts are sold to people with mobility issues but if your lift breaks down you are left without a service appointment or repair. Unacceptable. The unit is still under warranty.

Our office is closed on statutory holidays, which includes Christmas Day and Boxing Day. This allows our staff to enjoy some time with their families, especially in these unprecedented times. We sincerely value all of our customers but do reserve the right to celebrate holidays.
