This was our first renovation and we were a bit nervous. I shopped around and immediately felt at ease with Patrick. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and was really concerned with determining our style and giving us what *we* wanted - not with what he thought would look good, or with trying to upsell us. I was happy to hear him say that they didn’t start a reno until all the supplies had arrived in the showroom, preventing any long delays because an item was back ordered. We were given a detailed contract and invoice, with everything itemized and payment instalments clearly laid out, so there would be no surprises. The contractor, Alec, showed up on time and worked so hard every day. It was obvious that he took a lot of pride in his work, and he didn’t cut any corners. We are so pleased with our new bathroom - it looks fabulous! Throughout the renovation, Patrick was there to take my calls if I had any questions or concerns. We highly recommend the whole team at Bathroom & Kitchen Galleries, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in future.

Great service from Rick. Our bottom-mount fridge was leaking water out of the freezer. As soon as I described my problem over the phone, he knew what I was talking about and had the replacement part when he arrived. He showed up when he said he would, he was friendly and answered all my questions, and had everything fixed within half an hour, for a reasonable price. I will definitely use his services again and would recommend him to anyone.

When we purchased our house, the home inspector indicated that our electrical panel had some overfused circuits (i.e., two wires coming in to the same breaker switch), and that we should address it ASAP. I contacted HotWire for an estimate based on their excellent reviews here; I received a very prompt reply, with two options: upgrade to a new, larger panel, or install a sub-panel with a few extra spaces. (We opted for the latter.) The workers, Mike and Cameron, were punctual, friendly, professional, and hard-working. They finished the job in about 4 hours, and were very thorough in ensuring that everything worked properly when they were finished. The ESA inspection was scheduled for a few days later. I was extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism that I received from HotWire. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done, and I would happily use them again if the need arose.
