Tom took over the UV and water system we inherited in the house we purchased and helped us understand the more complicated system we were on, as well as installing a reverse osmosis system for us about 8 years ago. He's extremely honest, punctual, doesn't oversell and has been an excellent resource for us. We continue to use him for all our replacement filters and UV lights, and wouldn't hesitate to use him to replace any other parts in our water system as needed. Highly recommend! Andrew and Carmen
