Spruce grove location has knowledgable staff and great prices for paint and supplies the customer service overall is great with a emphasis on consumer satisfaction It would be beneficial for them to expand their paint and stain lines to match the Edmonton locations as that is the biggest downfall that I notice when buying locally

Have used this company for 5 years with nothing but success. I have used th emergency buttons and have always been assisted in a fast, efficient manner will not hesitate to resign when I contract is up. Truly the most comforting part is the speaker with the actual rep that comes on to talk to you. three illustrated buttons so that a young child can activate if needed. (it has happened by a accident with our 2yr old!)

I have used Alberta Carpet cleaning before and have had no issues however this is the first time the have cleaned my furniture. We had purchased a couch and love seat used and needed a thorough cleaning. The pieces overall were quite clean already but did have a couple spots that needed extra attention. Both these major spots were still there at the end. My husband was told that the stains were permanet. I came home 2 hrs later and took a white cloth and blotted the spot with soapy water only to see bright yellow (the stain) seep into the cloth. 4 saturated cloths later I took my carpet cleaner and cleaned the spot in 15 mins, the result, no more stain! I did the same for the other marks with the same success. Lastly the dedorizer proved to be ineffective as we can still smell the previous owners cologne. I am chalking this up to the technician not the company as I have used this company with great success in the past. On a positive note there customer reps are amazing and truly a pleasure to book with. I hope when I speak to a manager they will provide some compensation for this service... that I had to redo. UPDATE!! Alberta Carpet Cleaning at no expense to myself sent out a technician asap and he redid both pieces. This was exactly what i hoped would happen. Further to my previous comment Dana from Customer Service was truly a pleasure and definitely is setting the service bar high for other companies with her excellent service.
