I bought a natural gas BBQ over the weekend. I raised a service request on Homestars to get it hooked up, and ALP's Alex called me within the hour of the service request. He was on time with a great attitude. He was knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had (yes, I am a first time BBQer). He got the job done quickly and I can't wait to start BBQing this weekend.

After quote submitted via homestars, rep was quick to call back with clear explanation of options. On service day, the technician was on time and polite. The installation was smooth. He cleaned up properly after. The garage opener is working like a charm.
