We contacted North York Moving and Storage for a moving quote. Their quote appeared reasonable ( 4 men, 8 hours) for the move and we contracted with them. Come moving day they 1) were an hour late, 2) took -and charged for 14 hours,- 3) Sent a crew who could not read English so our carefully labelled items ended up in the wrong floors and wrong rooms (This took us weeks to relocate)4) Caused fairly signifiant damage to several items and 5) swept out the truck into our driveway and drove away. When we contacted the company to complain and arrange repair of our damaged goods they continually said they would have someone get back to us. We heard nothing. When we finally contacted the owner he said he would personally call us back later in the day as he was on a move. Months later, no call, no repair, no satisfaction - hence this review.
