We hired Enviropure to remedy the mold in our attic, remove the existing insulation and add the new one to meet the current standards. The work was done in the Spring this year. The work was reasonably well done, and the entire amount was promptly paid in full. However, we have not received receipt for the payment of the contracted amount . Also, as per the contract we were to get a written report about the entire project detailing what was found, work done, and photographs of the attic as the work progressed and finally completed. It is important to us to have the receipt for the payment, and the documentation about the work. Since early July we have been trying to get this company honour their part of the contract. We have left a number of telephone messages for various company representatives, sent emails, finally a written letter mailed the company's address, but to of no avail. It is as if the company has disappeared altogether. We have felt very frustrated and annoyed that once this company has received its money, they don't want to hear from you. It also means that one can forget about anything which may needed to be done under warranty Furthermore, they want to get away without fulfilling the terms of the contract. .

This is an update of my earlier reviews. In the original work the steps separated from the foundation of the house within about 3 months of the installation (May 2019). Despite numerous attempts, I could not get the attention of the vendor to repair the work, till I wrote my first review. In Nov. 2019, the vendor visited my place and promised to do the repairs in May 2020. The vendor has now done the repairs, however, only time will tell, if repair done has addressed the underlying cause of the separation in the original installation. I shall provide another update just before the expiry of the warranty period of 3 years.
