Vava in East york

We contracted Lair and Sons on very short notice to replace our old Attic (Space Pak) air conditioning system. Dave was very professional in explaining the work required and was punctual in his arrivals and delivery of service. The work took one day longer than first anticiapted, but that was due to the difficulty the workers had in navigating our small attic space and removing the old unit. Everything went great otherwise and we look forward to a nice cool house this Summer!

We contracted M&R Roofing to replace the shingles on our roof as well as 3 old skylights. Maciej was very professional in his communication with us, his assessment of the work required and explained the cost of the contract clearly, answering all of our questions and concerns. The work was done on time, roof and skylights look great, and the site was left in a very clean state (like they'd never been there!). Overall we are very happy with Maciej and his M&R team and would recommend them to friends and family.
