From the initial sales call and quote right through to purchase and installation, I was impressed with Richard and his team. We had 4 companies quote and CoreTemp was by far the most professional and customer service focused. I felt confident that we were getting honest information that was relevant to our situation. The customer service provided was above and beyond expectations; Richard was able to get our A/C up and running to temporarily keep us going until the installation. As with every renovation, there were glitches that had to be dealt with through the process, and Marcel was able to find us alternatives and solve the problems quickly and to our satisfaction. His team was professional and friendly and the work they did was great - we're especially thrilled with the great tile job on the floor and in the shower.
