The spin cycle on my six year old Maytag washer was not working properly. The clothes were soaking wet. I called Atiar from High Tech at 5pm on a Sunday fully expecting an answering machine. He answered the phone and we made an appointment for 7pm. He was here for an hour and fixed the problem. There was no premium for coming on a Sunday. I am very impressed. Bruce from East York
