I've used this company twice in the past year after the carpet in our basement apartment was damaged by a leak. The cleanup itself was great. But where this company excels is in the customer service department. The level of communication is excellent. And when I had an issue with a missed spot from the last cleaning, they reached out immediately and had someone here within a couple of hours to follow up. It's always great to deal with a company that just wants to get the job done right. I would highly recommend.

Rodrigo did a great job tiling a shower stall in our basement apartment. He worked quickly to complete the job. He's very personable and professional. I would definitely recommend Rodrigo and Kasa Bella to anyone, and look forward to working with him again..

When a leaky basement caused issues for our tenant, we quickly reached out to a number of companies for estimates. Initially, I was surprised by the suggestions to fix the leak from the inside, which would still allow water to enter the house via the foundation. However, as soon as I spoke with David Fritz from Three Little Pigs, I was confident that the job would be done right. The Three Litle Pigs crew worked full days, starting as early as 7:30 a.m. on some mornings. They removed the existing sidewalk, dug out the side of the house by hand, parged a very uneven brick foundation, and applied a coat of liquid rubber to seal it. Once the dirt was put back in place and the sidewalk rebuilt, it was like you couldn't tell anyone was there. Well, actually, you could tell someone was there because the new sidewalk looks a million times better than the old one. and we made it through the first rainy night with zero water in the basement! The guys were very professional. Even my neighbour -- with whom we share the driveway between our houses -- commented on the level of professionalism. The cleanup after the job was excellent.

We were looking for a backyard makeover that delivered both an interlock patio for entertaining and a flat playing surface for our two boys, ages 6 and 8. Good Looking Homes delivered both and our backyard has never looked better (or received more use). Previously, we had a backyard space that was neglected. As a result, we rarely spent time outside. Now, I can't get the boys to come inside the house! Liam and crew might be younger than most contractors, but their level of professionalism is excellent. They responded instantly to any questions or concerns. And they made some solid recommendations that paid off in the final product. We're anxious to bring the guys from Good Looking Homes back for more work. Would definitely recommend based on our experience (and, in fact, we have already recommended them to neighbours and friends).
