I called last Monday morning and with just a quick chat got a clear quote and appointment for the next day. Darrell asked to come earlier in the morning, which worked well. He was friendly, informative, and efficient. The wasps do indeed seem to be gone. After a few days of observation I've temporarily plugged the entrance as per his directions and will caulk as soon as I get a chance. Wrapping up the details and payment with the head office was also quick and easy. Great experience all around!

My fridge had been leaking water during defrost into the bottom of the freezer for months and I'd have to periodically smash it and remove the shards to avoid overflows onto the floor. The dishwasher had become very noisy and something was obviously wrong so we stopped using it. I delayed fixing them due to my anxiety about finding a good new repairman (my last contractor discovery, despite good reviews, led to a nightmare). Yevhen was the only one of several calls that actually answered the first call, and came the next day. He fixed the fridge right away and ordered the dishwasher parts. He back a couple days later to fix the dishwasher. Yevhen is quick, thorough, clean, and very nice. I'm glad I found him!
