Excellent service. Jesse and Kailen moved my stuff on June 8th, 2013 to two different locations. I can't say enough good things about them -- they were professional, courteous, friendly, and they moved everything according to my contract and in the estimated time frame. No unexpected fees. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
No complaints. They did what they said they would, in the timeframe they said they would, and to my expectations. They may cost more than other companies out there but you can be sure that the work will be done on time, and well. What more can you ask for from a contractor you hire?
Work done was good quality. Customer service and overall experience dealing with their contractors was below par and expectations. Project could have been spelled out better in the beginning so that I knew what to expect from them, including timelines, materials to be used, payment schedule, and the best way to communicate my expectations and changes when my expectations were not met. Live and learn.
